Not widely advertised, the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA) is a loan program that requires no down payment, no closing fees and you don't have to have great credit.

NACA will also help you renegotiate your loan with your current provider if you're going under water.

The CHF loan program also provides down payment assistance.
